You’re not alone. BM glitches happen all the time — and most have simple fixes. Here are 10 fixes that actually work.

Fix #1: Clear Cache and Cookies

The #1 cause of BM loading issues. Old cached data conflicts with Meta’s updates.

  • Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete (Chrome)
  • Select “Cached images and files” + “Cookies”
  • Time range: All time
  • Reload business.facebook.com

Fix #2: Try Incognito/Private Mode

If BM works in incognito, a browser extension is the culprit. Disable extensions one by one to find it. Ad blockers are common offenders.

Fix #3: Switch Browsers

Meta works best on Chrome. If you’re on Safari, Firefox, or Edge and having issues, try Chrome. Keep it updated.

Fix #4: Disable VPN/Proxy

VPNs trigger Meta’s security systems. If BM shows errors or logs you out repeatedly, turn off your VPN and try again.

Fix #5: Check Your Internet Connection

BM is heavy — it needs stable internet. Switch from WiFi to wired, or try mobile data to rule out network issues.
